During peak times, our carrier (FedEx) may experience shipping delays. Our team will advise the most up-to-date information we have from Fedex, however we cannot guarantee transit times or delivery dates. Once your order has shipped, we strongly suggest signing up for shipment notifications from Fedex to stay up to date on your order.


  • All Moon Pals require 2-3 business days to process before shipping out from our East Coast warehouse. 
  • Each item ships separately.
  • We are unable to cancel orders that have begun processing (even if you have not yet received tracking information).



  • Moon Pals ship FREE via Fedex Ground Economy (formerly SmartPost) to contiguous U.S. addresses. For an additional shipping fee, Moon Pals will also deliver to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Moon Pals shipped with the FREE shipping option can take up to 17 business days to deliver. Plan for increased transit times in peak shipping seasons and/or around holidays.
  • We now also offer a paid Fedex 2-Day Express shipping option on all orders. To select this option, choose express shipping at checkout.



  • We require scans to not update for 2 business days before a product is considered lost. 
  • If your order is lost, we will issue a refund or a replacement.
  • We are doing everything we can to offset potential Fedex delays and ensure timely delivery, however we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates.
