IN-STOCK PROCESSING TIMES
- All items require 2-3 business days to process before shipping out from our East Coast warehouse.
- Each item ships separately.
- We are unable to cancel or make changes to orders that have begun processing (even if you have not yet received tracking information).
IN-STOCK SHIPPING OPTIONS
- Moon Pals ship FREE via Fedex Ground Economy (formerly SmartPost) to contiguous U.S. addresses. For an additional shipping fee, Moon Pals will also deliver to Alaska and Hawaii.
- During the month of December, we will automatically upgrade our FREE shipping option to Fedex Home Delivery, at no additional cost to you. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses during the month of December.
- Moon Pals shipped with the FREE shipping option can take up to 17 business days to deliver. Plan for increased transit times in peak shipping seasons and/or around holidays.
- We offer paid Fedex 2-Day Express shipping option on all orders. To select this option, choose Express shipping at checkout.
PREORDER SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Preorders are billed at time of sale (not time of shipping)
- Moon Pal preorders ship FREE via Fedex Ground Economy (formerly SmartPost) to contiguous U.S. addresses. For an additional shipping fee, Moon Pals will also deliver to Alaska and Hawaii.
- Preorder products may take around 4 months to process, however this is subject to change at any point. Please refer to email updates for specific information regarding your preorder. You can also always email us at email@example.com (as often as you like!) to check on the status of your preorder :)
- Preorders are billed at time of sale (not at time of shipping)
- You may contact firstname.lastname@example.org to change or cancel your preorder at any point before your preorder processes, no questions asked.
- However, once your preorder processes, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes (even if you have not yet received email tracking information for your preorder)
- We offer paid Fedex 2-Day Express shipping option for preorders. This means your preorder will ship via Fedex 2day after it has processed. It does not mean that your preorder will ship in 2 days from the date the preorder was placed.
LOST & PENDING PACKAGES
- Please email email@example.com if you notice tracking does not update and/or stays stagnant for more than 2 business days.
- Rest assured, if your order is lost in transit, we will work with you to issue a refund or a replacement!
- While we do everything we can to offset the potential for shipping delays, ensure timely delivery, and provide you with accurate updates, please note that we do not guarantee specific delivery dates at any point.
